8. No Guarantee of Results

Google rankings
Search engine placement
Revenue increases
Customer acquisition
Business performance
Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
9. Google Policies
Clients acknowledge that Google independently governs:
Google Business Profiles
Google Maps rankings
Review moderation
Search algorithms
Business profile suspensions
Masters of the Map Pack cannot guarantee approval, reinstatement, rankings, or continued availability of any Google-owned platform.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
Send unsolicited spam
Impersonate another person or business
Submit fraudulent reviews
Manipulate reviews in violation of platform policies
Harass or abuse recipients
Violate applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Masters of the Map Pack and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Payments and Billing
Fees for services are governed by the pricing agreed upon between the Company and the client.

Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.
Subscription services automatically renew until canceled.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
